Students all over the country are in dire straits. With Tuition going up, and the economy and job market going down; times are tough. People are beginning to ask the question; why even go to school? The graph above shares the statistics for the average student enrolled in all institutions. This includes public, private, 4-year, and 2-year institutions. Clearly, more and more students are beginning to need more and more help. As the graph stops in the year 2011, it can be concluded that 2012 and 2013 continued to increase in loans.
As goes the economy, so goes the need for certain spending patterns. Never has there been a bigger need for students to vote for more student aid.
